Thank you for your interest in working with me! Please complete the booking form below to get the process started.
If your project is selected, I will send you options for dates and times, as well as information on how to pay your deposit.
Please be clear and specific with your vision! I do not take custom projects on a first come first serve basis, so it’s better to take the time to be thoughtful and thorough with your request.
Unfortunately, my availability is very limited, so I am not able to take on all the projects I receive proposals for. Apologies in advance if I’m not able to work with you this time around - It’s not personal!
I am the only person who runs all the different aspects of my tattoo practice so sadly, I do not have the capacity to reply to folks whose projects I have not selected. please always feel free to re-submit next time my books are open!

It’s long but helpful, promise!! I’d also recommend this if you’ve submitted a proposal before and are interested in re-working your request to submit again.

COVID PROTOCOL
Please note I have updated my general COVID protocol to also include the following ~
clients must have proof of full vaccination + booster from at least 2 weeks prior to appointment date or a negative pcr test within 72 hours of your appointment start time/a negative at home test from the day of your appointment
must wear an N95 or KN95 during appointment ~ if you are unable to get one please contact me when I reach out to you about booking
If you do not meet this protocol, kindly do not book at this time! Should your project be selected, I will send you an additional protocol form to sign with the rest.
