What you need to know:

pricing for singles below ($150-$170 each), or you can book 2 for $250 (pls include which designs in a note at the end of the form)
a $50 deposit is required to secure your slot which will go towards the final cost of your tattoo unless you cancel or don’t show up to your appointment
since this event is one day only, i will not be able to accommodate reschedules! you need to show up for your specific time on this specific date.
due to the packed nature of flash day, if you are more than 15 minutes late i will not be able to take your appointment and your deposit will be forfeit
if you change your mind about which piece you would like to get between now and your appointment, that’s fine, but you must be ready with your decision by the time your appointment starts as we will not have time to deliberate back and forth!
How it will work:
once i review all submissions, i will follow up with booking instructions & appointment info
indicate any/all times you are available in the form, i will use this to gauge availability & unless lots of people have very specific/limited availability it will likely be first come first serve booking through a link i will send in my follow up email so be prepared to book & put down your deposit!
if there turns out to be lots of people with specific availability needs, i will send you a specific time to book in my follow up email, please make sure you book the correct time if this is the case!
since i handpoke, i will only be able to fit in so many appointments in a day but if there’s interest i will definitely try to make more of these happen in the future! thanks for looking :) i think this will be really fun!!
