COVID-19 Client Protocol


I am currently only taking appointments for fully vaccinated people, if you will not be fully vaccinated by your appointment date (including the time required to build full immunity after your last dose), i ask that you wait to book with me at a later time - there will be lots more opportunities for us to work together in the future! Please read carefully and sign. if you are unable to follow this protocol, i will not able to tattoo you at this time. If i feel that my health or yours may be at risk at any time, I may cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If you are having the following symptoms, you are required to inform your artist: Cough, fever or chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, muscle or body aches, fatigue, new loss of taste or smell, headache, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, diarrhea

  • If you have been in close contact with anyone with these symptoms or anyone who has been diagnosed
    with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, you are required to inform your artist

  • all Clients must put on a mask before entering the studio and leave it on for the duration of their appointment.

  • You are encouraged to eat and drink before entering studio for your appointment. Please bring your
    own water/beverage. if you need to take a while to eat in
    between your tattoo session, you may be asked to do so outside the premises.

  • Please wash your hands immediately upon entering the studio. We will disinfect your phone.

  • No guests (unless for accessibility) are allowed at this time in order to limit the total number of people in the studio

  • If you arrive early or there is an overlap between client sessions, we may ask you to wait outside or
    come back at a later time.

  • Wash your hands at the end of the appointment before leaving the studio.

  • You are required to alert us if you test positive for Covid-19 within 2 weeks of your appointment. All clients who entered the studio after the infected client and before deep cleaning will be notified.
